By the way, I gave up Facebook for Lent, so if anyone wants to do me a favor, check the link and find out the details ont he run, it would be greatly appreciated.

The run group will meet at Engineers' Gate (5th Avenue and 90th Street) at 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 6th, and the route will take us on the roads and bridle paths throughout the Park. The pace and distance will be appropriate for runners of all levels (How???).
Times to beat before I retire from competitive running - 1 - 6:13, 3.1 - 22:40, 3.5 - 26:17, 4 - 29:36, 5 - 36:51, 9.3 - 1:10:23, 13.1 - 1:42:34, 18 - 2:29:20 (Chicago Marathon), 20 - 2:47:10 (Chicago Marathon), 26.2 - 3:48:52

Bob and I decided last night to head in for this run and missed it by a few minutes. The group was gone so we ended up doing our own 7-mile long run on the Bridle Paths and Reservoir.

Ah well. Beautiful day out.
